The Monte-Carlo Masters 1000 final changes time due to weather forecasts
While the sun has been shining throughout the week in Monaco, rain is expected on Sunday, the day of the tournament finals.
To avoid a scenario similar to the Miami Masters 1000, where the final was delayed by six hours due to rain, organizers have decided to move the match to an earlier time.
As a result, the singles final will now be played at 12:00 PM, followed by the doubles final. The announcement was made on the tournament’s website, with the following statement:
"Given the weather forecast for Sunday, and in consultation with ATP officials, the tournament organizers have decided to reschedule the singles final to 12:00 PM on Court Rainier III to maximize the chances of successfully concluding this fantastic 2025 edition."
