Nick Kyrgios hasn’t played a single tournament on clay since 2019, which was in Rome.
He also hasn’t been seen at Roland-Garros since 2017, when he lost in the second round to Kevin Anderson.
The Australian made his return to competition earlier this year after a long absence due to a wrist injury.
However, his results have fallen far short of expectations, with only one win to his name so far.
Still, Kyrgios doesn’t seem demotivated. He was spotted training on clay in Australia in recent days.
Though he isn’t currently registered for any tournaments, a return to Roland-Garros after an eight-year absence may not be out of the question for the Australian.
