Yastremska, Kenin, Kasatkina: Gauff's Potential Wimbledon Draw Revealed

Fresh off her second Grand Slam victory at Roland Garros, Coco Gauff will arrive at Wimbledon with confidence. The American, ranked No. 2 in the world, learned her potential path on Friday as she aims to win the London Grand Slam for the first time in her career.
The American did not get the easiest draw, as she will face Dayana Yastremska in the first round. The Ukrainian, ranked 42nd in the world, reached the final of the WTA 250 tournament in Nottingham last week and followed it up with a quarterfinal run—also on grass—this week in Eastbourne. Yastremska has built momentum on this surface and should provide a solid first-round test for Gauff.
In the second round, Gauff could likely face Victoria Azarenka before a potential third-round clash with Sofia Kenin. The 2020 Australian Open champion had previously defeated Gauff at Wimbledon in the first round of the 2023 edition.
If Gauff advances to the fourth round, she might meet Daria Kasatkina or Liudmila Samsonova. Then, in the quarterfinals, she could face Iga Swiatek or Elena Rybakina, followed by a potential semifinal against Mirra Andreeva or Jessica Pegula.
In the final, we could see a showdown with Aryna Sabalenka—unless Jasmine Paolini manages to reach the Wimbledon final for the second consecutive year.
