The generalizations about Novak's fanbase and turning a blind eye to him himself whenever he does good things or wins (which in both cases is the majority of times) has a stench of the generalizations that bloodhanded warlord of the western world was making when he decided to bomb innocent people and their children 2 decades ago. People with that way of thinking are disgusting human beings. I just hope you and your fellow Novak haters are able to look in the mirror and sometimes admit you are going over a limit. Great people are ready to admit being wrong sometimes as, just like you said, we all have good and bad sides to us. You're not in our shoes and you don't know how much Novak contributed to uplifting the spirit of a war-devastated and depressed nation. A whole nation. But the reason why we Serbs are so passionate about this is that his success has a much much deeper meaning to us and we can't help but cringe every time media tries to dishonor him and then the haters step in with insulting and disgusting comments. That's why I am spending 20 minutes writing this comment even though in the end your hatred has no measurable impact on my life. It's just sad to see so much disrespect to someone who made history, not only in the sport but rather had a huge positive impact on so many people (yes, we are people).
