Petit point sur les forces en présence: Federer semble très lent sur le court aujourd'hui, il manque étonnamment de précision en coup droit et commet beaucoup trop d'erreurs pour déstabiliser Del Potro. Ce dernier, pour sa part, fait parler sa puissance et a pris le parti de jouer principalement au centre du court pour ne pas donner d'angle au Suisse. Une tactique qui porte ses fruits jusque-là.
