What does a hack mean?

He's saying that he's not as good as he thinks he is and that it's more luck than judgment that gets home games. I think he's quality to watch, at least he has his own unique style.

Seriously??? He beats the crap out of Rafa and let's Sam take a set away?? What a goof ball! It takes alot more than just 1 lucky win against Rafa to be considered a great player. Everyone in the whole world knows that Rafa is not playing anywhere near his best level. Brown can't live off of that victory forever. It's like a one hit wonder soon everyone will forget about it.
