Yep, very very sad to watch poor Serena to go down like this. If she retires now no one will laugh as they are now. Her ship has sailed in the ocean of tennis and Bianca's boat has just come in. At least my expert prediction of Serena having back problems did come true. Yellow streak to play a younger champion.

I think Bianca has earned the title, she spent 11+ hours total on court this tourney, whereas Serena has spent only 6+ with her only 3 setter yesterday against Bouzkova. Bianca younger so age is the factor here, not Serena being a coward like last year’s US Open final.

Just when you think your settling in to a great final, then injury gets in the way.

Hope Serena recovers before US Open time.
