Yes... And on top of that Stef has one handed backhand so Rafa knows the trick better than no one. Only if Stef does some good serves and volleys then things will be interesting. I remember the way Rafa was humiliated by Dustin Brown in Wimby yes the court was grass but still. Rafa literally looked like he had a dozen of eggs on his face ?

Rafa losing to Stefano is very unlikely.... Fed's forehand was off that day and made 55 unforced errors and squandered 12bps.... So Stefano won... Rafa won't do the same mistake..... But it's sports,, anything is possible

Novak always rises his game for semis and finals.... I don't see him losing to rafa.... If rafa reaches finals... Novak has played rafa many ttimes so he knows how to win against him.... But if Stefano comes it ll.b different story since Novak hasn't played him many times..

Yes, Nadal look much better, but has not been tested yet. If he beats Stefo in 3 easy sets, then Novak has big trouble coming his way.

Sure id like to believe that and rafa believe that... but in so many years of following tenniss between legends is more confidence game in that day.. i remember fed losing to nadal so often and after 2017 AO he just beat him 4 times in same yr.. so lets see what mental confidence these guy bring if they meet in finals

You are right, Akshat. But I think this is the best Rafa on HC in long time. Not invincible like Novak of 2015, but good enough for AO title bet against a 90% Novak

For tsitsipas its difficult to beat rafa,if he does so he will be winner of this slam definitely coz he can beat djoker anyhow and he has done this before. as u all know rafa has different playing style so unless u have played against him many times like djoker and federer..

Mohammed, remembered that one, but that was in best of 3 sets, not GS level. And Novak has got much better since then. But yes, Stefo has a good chance beating another legend, can he beat 3 at one tournament, highly unlikely, but possible.

Balaji rafa hasnt played any top 15 player this AO yet so his level will be known more precisely when he does..

What will play on rafas mind is he hasnt beaten djoker on hard court in 6 yrs.. last came in 2013 US open finals.. has lost 7 consecutive matches on HC

Sure tsitsipas will come hard.. He may even take a set.. But can't win against rafa.. His aggressive style of play might lead to his downfall against rafa.. Also can sense a bit of kyrgios in him

Rafa at this level is a nightmare to play for even the seasoned ones. If Novak brings his Shangai 2018 level, we have a 5 setter on cards
