Sorry, but how can some people call Jack a liar, etc, when he offered to replay the point in question, it was the chair umpire, who made the decision to award the point to Jack, so how is it his fault?

Aladdin, he only offered to replay the point, when it blatantly was Felix's point. It was only after a long time when Jack realised his deception wasn't washing with the crowd. It was really.quite shameful. Blame the umpire first and foremost for missing something so clear and near him, but Jack tried to get away with something he absolutely knew wasn't right.

The fact the he falsely claimed he did not know where the ball went meant it was a lot to do with him and has burned him in terms of how he is viewed for his sporting behaviour. It's not mutually exclusive to have a clear umpire error or bad sportsmanship shown by a player. The two overlapped here.
