Rafa has been the best player on tour this year and that’s with all the injuries - remember the doubts on Clay - to say he’s been that good considering all of that is amazing

All 3 legends already goatness, but Nadal can make a big step towards the biggest goatness if he wins at least one ATP final tournament. That is a big miss for him, need it badly.

This year is his best chance to do it, in the good form he is now and Novak and Roger still tired of that classic at Wimby.

I would love if Nadal skipped the rest of the season and yet finish the year with no 1 ranking but I guess nadal wanted a bit more cushion and wants to be confirm no 1.nontheless with the withdraw of Federer Nadal's half has become easier and will reach final and is confirmed to be the no 1 by end of this tournament.
