5 titles is incredible. 10 titles is godly. 11 titles is madness.

VAMOS RAFA ?????????

vishruth246
After Federer and Nadal retire the ATP would become like WTA. Anyone can win on any given day.

Nadal has dominated on clay for over 10 years against the best players. Sad how Federer fans can't even admit what Federer even admits himself that Rafa is better on clay

The argument about the top players missing out due to injuries is applicable to all the courts. So when Federer won recently this point wasn't highlighted. Talk of prejudices and double standards. Nadal's history of injuries has denied him many Grand Slams, his tally would have been more not to mention that there's only one Clay court GS per year.

That’s what Nadal does to you. Just break you mentally. That’s how he wins a large percentage of his matches. Probably the mentally strongest player of all time.

It's not about Rafa winning these tournaments. It's about how he wins them, making his opponents look like amateurs

All that being said, I am hoping rafa wins. And I am hoping Stefanos continues his upward climb and becomes a champion in his own right. But not with this match.

vscholz66
The only pathetic thing here are the pathetic comments being said about Stefanos performance.

Well. They have never played each other. One has a one handed backhand, which the other can exploit. One has way more experience, that could or could not be the advantage. (Probably will be.) Although youth has it's ways. One has the greatest problem solving abilities, the other one, we don't know yet, but have seen glimpses. One has great anticipation and footwork, maybe the best ever, ( debatable), the other is exhibiting exceptional skills, though still developing. I hope it's a competitive match...remember rafa was a youngster when he burst on the scene and started his reign of terror! Hope this match is thrilling. Tennis needs these stories!

Uhh! Please no mention of Feferer in this thread. He has nothing to do with this match.

Must be the most mismatched first final for any ATP pro-
Facing Nadal on clay in Pista Rafa Nadal stadium.
LOL

He can break me anytime!???

vishruth246
As long as he doesn’t get the overconfidence and arrogance Zverev now has I think he’ll be fine.

Rafa 6-1 6-0 / 6-0 6-1

So happy for you Rafa!!!!!

I expected a good fight from the youngster, especially by the way he reached finals. At the end, it was a good learning experience for him. Congratulations Rafa?

Yesterday David succumbed to Goliath after the first set. Tsitsipas will find it tough from first game itself.

rahul.thatte
Will be a tough match, both of them haven't dropped a set but one will have to. I saw tsitsipas lost to Goffin in Monte-Carlo, hope he comes out firing all cylinders to have a great match. I am expecting Nadal in 3 sets or 7-6, 6-1
