I want Aga to win simply coz Aga v Kerber should be better than Kerber v Pliskova.

I don't understand why Radwanska hasn't won a grand slam. She's so good. It's, perhaps, a psychological thing.

Suporex
The modyfella is wrong it is won sets to lost sets ratio hance Radwanska wins the group with +3 and Kuzniecova 2nd with +2.

themoodyfella
Suporex Check the standings. The H2H counts if it's a Tie between wins/matches. if H2H is same then the sets won to lost ratio is considered.

How does the formatting work? I thought Radwanska would be playing Cibulkova because Aga finished on top of her group and Cibulkova was 2nd. Vice versa with Kerber and Kuz. Can someone explain!
themoodyfella
The moment she faces some one who can be consistent with powerful ground strokes,Radwanska crumbles !
themoodyfella
Kuznetsova topped her group hence will play the 2nd qualified player from red group which is Domi !!
Mark Core
How though? After this win Radwanska won 2 matches - 5 sets won and 2 lost. Versus Kuznetsova 2 matches won, 5 sets won and 3 lost
themoodyfella
Standings in two player ties is decided by Number of wins;Number of matches ; H2H records. They played 3 matches each and won 2 lost 1 so their Head to Head is considered hence Kuznetsova tops the group.
Suporex
Fantastic

Thanks! themoofyfella, strange that H2H is considered before sets won & lost
