I watched it. Naomi talked to her coach after the second set about a pain she was having in her abdomen when she was serving. The coach was telling her that she shouldn't risk a long-term injury. He said you were either serving 100% or you can't win against this girl. She didn't want to quit because she was playing amazing. And she went back out and served one more time and got broken. Then she called the physio who identified the pain in her abdomen and she was warned to stop. Pliskova was playing very well and Naomi was right with her, incredible poise and guts. Bummer ending.
