Oooo, here we are again. The battle continues (and I don't mean on the court). Not getting in between you two. However, go Serena.

Kwakspur v AlladinSane... That's the most talked about battle on Tennis Temple. Personally, I adore Serena and for me she is a fantastic legend of all sport. However, I also like Maria, she's one of the toughest competitors in the women's game and her determination is to be lauded. They are both great athletes, obviously for me Serena is way better in terms of the career achievements and the head2head.

I was lucky enough to have centre court tickets and watched a very one sided Olympic gold medal match in London 2012.

Anyway, one thing these two players do is get people debating and arguing and please, never let that stop... It's half the reason I use Tennis Temple ?

Good luck Elise ???✌, you can beat the old woman today.

We meet again.

We'll see who is finished tonight.
Who should retire or not.

Serena wins

You [Aladdin Sane] hold up a cheat
[Don't even have to mention her name]?
to the world as something to be proud of, then disrespect the greatest woman [family to play the game] saying they should retire.

You should be ashamed of yourself.?

You call yourself a tennis fan.?
Serena don't have to be your favourite, but show some respect.

If she can't find a meldonium substitute there is only one candy store owner who should hang up her racquet, or maybe you believe she can close that h2h Chasm [drug fueled or not]. ?

Your right there's amazing depth nowadays in the women's game.

It's why no one gave kenin a chance & she beat Ash Barty, caught her cold.

It's why Simona is having to work today

Glad to see one Williams sister survive after Venus’s defeat!! Onward Serena!!

I love it when people's preferences are transformed into dead certainty of results.... "Serena will lose" etc. The fact is anything can happen on the day. Especially in the women's game. Its so open and there's a huge strength in depth.

I want Serena to win this match, and take the title, then go on to take the US Open crown. But what I want means nothing.. It's a battle and that's why we love the sport. I'm also a huge Track and Field fan, and I'm spoilt that I get to enjoy my two favourite sports pretty much all year long. Yippee.

It seems SOMEONE.....

will have a little backtracking to do
on the opening comment 2DAYS AGO.
[maybe he can show us the MOONWALK]

....While explaining how so called old woman AKA Legend won a tough 1st round

& Ms Meldonium gets handed some candy & a
VERY EARLY TICKET to Cincy

Or MAYBE he will just hide & pretend he hasn't seen this comment

@Cyberpixie ?????
@PORNSAK3898 ?????
Don't come too soon my man?

Yes, this will be a most watched match of the month. I will instruct my houseboy to wake me up from one of my multiple naps and then check Youtube to see if it is on. Serena will have to step things up a bit because that Danish girl is only 23 and very scary looking.

Mertens will win..

This is were her poor fitness level will show.

So Andi, when you say Track & Field, what events are your favourites?
As a Londoner I would call it Athletics.

It's funny how we have different words for all sorts of things, but it's all English
1
AndiSoshal
I only used Track and Field coz I thought most people on here are probably from the US. I love athletics... I used to throw Javelin at school. I love the throws, but any event is cool.

Atta girl Serena.

Mr.chess
Just as I had predicted! I win again.

Kwakspur, why don't you try to troll someone else, or if that's not possible.

You can stick your comments where the sun doesn't shine.
