Player like Fritz in a GS final in big three era!! No way.
Such was their dominance.

I agree the era is now inevitably weaker now without 3 of the big 4 and Djoke not winning a slam in the year.

However many have been wanting a new era and this is what that looks like. It's most unlikely this era will rival the last, as that contained the 3 most sucessful ever men in the sport.

We do have Sinner and Alc in this one though and they look like doing the new era proud. Add in Medvedev, then step down to Zev and perhaps Tsipsipas and the new era is very solid. There will be much tennis to enjoy and many form runs like Fritz to enjoy along the way. I should think one yet to emerge player will also join the party in the next few years.

When you read into the levels found for sinner they we're so tiny that they say no benefit could have been gained. It's sounded very much like they were trying to find out where the source was and were happy to accept the reasoning. For me it's quite possible that this has happened without Sinners direct involvement or decision making. I wasn't going to mention draper again this tournament, but seeing as though you bring it up - when you read into the draper incident it becomes more and more clear he could not possibly have not known where the ball went and he had a choice where he completely let himself down. For me that was pretty awful Obviously everyone has their own view.

I'd say Fritz doesn't stand a chance, but let's see..
