I disagree. And 'upsets' happen often enough to not be so 'shocked'. Especially with Zverev.

Bublik outplayed him when it mattered. As tennis fans, don't we welcome someone stepping it up?

Why is it shocking? There are no shoe ins. Bublik is a good player. He's in the top 40 in the world.
